Healthy Food

Eating a wide variety of nutritious foods, including fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean protein can help support your overall health.

Many foods are both healthy and tasty. By filling your plate with fruits, vegetables, quality protein sources, and other whole foods, you’ll have meals that are colorful, versatile, and good for you.

The best protein is our gut good bacteria. The bacteria that live and work together to keep you healthy are called the “gut microbiota.” They help the body break down food, absorb vitamins and minerals, and protect us from getting sick. We all have bacteria in our body.

Grean vegitable can increase good bacteria in the stomach by stimulating the growth of lactic acid bacteria (LAB). It can also alter the composition of intestinal microbiota.

The rumen is the part of a stomach that contains bacteria that break down green vegetable and other plant material. This process is called fermentation, and it provides nutrients (protein) for the body.

The bacteria loves green vegetable, if you eat vegetable before sweet, the blood sugar does not spike. Thanks to good bacteria, good bacteria get activated with green vegetable.

You can increase good bacteria in your gut by eating a plant-based diet, taking probiotics, and practicing good habits.

The Moringa green powder can help good bacteria grow in the gut. Moringa powder is a gut health food that contains oligosaccharides that act as a prebiotic to stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria.
